THE BACKBONE

If you found your way to this page, you’ve discovered the invisible yet most crucial part of Senza Fissa Esposizione.

This project is not the work of a lone wolf. SFE exists because when the street got tough, dark, and brutally real, there were people who extended a hand, shared their bread, offered a roof, or simply a healing silence. People who never stopped believing in my vision despite the distance, even when I struggled to see it through the fog myself. People who were already there long before SFE took shape, life, and a name.

This space is my way of carving my deepest gratitude into stone. To those who walked with me, those who kept me standing, and those who have always been there, asking for nothing in return but the truth.

A heartfelt thank you to those who have always been by my side:

  • Dad & Mom – For the roots and for carrying the weight from afar.
  • Andrew & Matthew – My sons. My reason for living, the driving force behind every single shot and every step forward.
  • Nonna Ella – The true pillar of my history.
  • Laika – My dog who is no longer here, but who walked beside me when the journey was silent.

  • Yesenia – For the road traveled together and the life we built.

  • Lorenzo La Giorgia – A true friend. One of those who was always there through the hardships, no questions asked.

  • Santino Bucolo – An absolute certainty in the storms, present when it truly mattered.

  • Nas Sahara – For reaching out and pulling me off the streets for a while in Las Palmas.

  • Alexis Armas Ramos – For the brotherly help and essential support in Agaete.

  • Cheyenne – Photographer and precious “Lampredottina”. Ever since I was on the streets, she kept me company through phone and video calls. I love you to the moon and back.

  • Karlos Zamora – Met in a hostel in Las Palmas, a constant source of advice, depth, and genuine friendship.

  • Claudio Mazzi – For sending web and graphic design work my way, giving me a concrete hand to restart my digital toolkit.

  • Fedele Cavaliere – Met in a hostel in Las Palmas, an immense human support.

  • Alessandro Conti – A great photojournalist who supported me from afar, professional to professional.

  • Grazia – For moral support and presence.

And to everyone who helped me in Gran Canaria, the locals in Peru, the guys from the old YouTube channel, the photographers who inspired me, anyone who even unconsciously gave me the slightest support, and the unknown souls who crossed my path and shared a piece of their story. You are the lifeblood of this logbook.
